I volunteered with Doctor Evelyn Llanos in getting our community vaccinated against covid-19, at first it was on the weekend and then once the vaccine became available, I would go before work for a few hours to help out with paperwork & translating I also donated to Children with Hair Loss Non-for-Profit organization 12 inches of my hair, in order for wigs to be made for children with cancer or any other type of illness, this organization gives the wigs free of charge. In 2019 when I started my career as an immigration paralegal with Palacios Law group I volunteered for HSLQ (Huntington Station Latin Quarter annual toy drive) helping families of children with low income receive a Christmas present.
Fui voluntaria en ayudar a la Doctora Evelyn Llanos para que nuestra comunidad hispana de Huntington Station, y cuidades cercana vacunarse en contra de COVID-19. Al principio fueron algunos fines de semana y luego lo hacía antes de entra a mi trabajo de 7:30-9:15am, ayudaba a traducir, hacer papeleo de Lunes a Viernes. También en Agosto done 12 pulgadas de mi Cabello a una organización sin fines de lucros llamada Children with Hair Loss, quienes hacen pelucas para niños con cáncer e otras enfermedades. Esta organización dona las pelucas a los niños sin cobrar. Incluso en el año 2019 cuando comencé mi carrera como Paralegal de Inmigración con Palacios Law Group fui voluntaria con la organización HSLQ (Huntington Station Latin Quarter) ayudando a familias con niños de bajos recurso recibir un regalo de navidad.
