Biography
Jonathan ‘Jay’ Gutierrez joined Canon and Acosta in 2019. Gutierrez specializes in personal injury cases that involve car accidents and slip and falls. Before joining our firm, Gutierrez worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. A graduate of Stony Brook University, he went on to study law at Toro Law school where he graduated in 2013.
Gutierrez is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is married and has two children.
